How about it appears to be the same being. It is either a clone, or a fallen angel (alien) posing. Fallen beings are shape shifters. I didnt notice or believe  they were among us, but they are. I saw a friend/ aquaintance shape shift in front of me for several minutes. I couldnt believe my eyes. I moved around to different angles as we had a conversation. His eyes went full on reptile. I dont know if he knew it was showing or not. My sons have see the same, and even discussed it with one person.

 Maduro has moles and marks that match up to Sadaam. They look very similar too.
