The current vice president will be out.   She's too close to Maduro and both the Venezuelan people don't like her AND our government can't trust her.   And this Maria Machado, while popular in Venezuela, is a woman so Trump is sexist and that doesn't work ... and she beat him to the Nobel Peace Prize and I'm sure he's still smarting from that!  

It'll have to be people who are popular in Venezuela but still beholding to America for helping to get them in office.  Probably a player none of us has heard of.   Only time will tell ....

And that someone will be beholding to the USA for getting the job.
