I'm sure most of us have brands that we would never buy, except for the obvious (Yugo, AMC (lol) etc)
Doesn't have to be current.
This is meant to be humorous in nature. Have fun with it guys :-)
Mine would be (and no offense to brand-loyalists).
Nissan - I pay extra attention when around an Sentra, Altima or Versa. Worst drivers hands-down in my area)
Infinity - see above + they come across as the most "entitled" drivers around my area. They own the road (but not the car. balls-deep in a lease)
Chevy - Impala/Malibu = inner-city drivers with no insurance
Jeep - I've been cut-off or nearly crashed by more than a few Grand Cherokees. Wranglers and the like are okay by me (except for the ducks. Grow up man...geesh)
This truly hurts my heart to say so, but you asked. I live in the Caribbean. Fords are constant loosers. YMMV. See what I did there? I drive a Honda. Hondas are good for hundreds of thousands of miles. Yes, there have been airbag issues. I wish I could depend upon American-manufactured cars and trucks. There was a time where American-made meant something special, and I truly hope -- and yes, even pray -- that time comes again. It's a matter of supporting the people who make the cars, and getting them the juice they need to make it work.
In the meantime, I hope this last car I've bought will last the rest of my life. I doubt it. It's not a new car. It's a 2008 Honda CRV. I didn't want a white car, but that's what the muses of life presented to me, and the price was right. I really wanted a truck, but even used pickups are going for a ridiculous amount of money. Money for which I would build a small house. I have never bought a brand new car in my life. I will need to build a trailer to haul various things.
I have seen so many Fords down here die prematurely. It ain't right. American made should shine. I hope for it to again shine in the future.
