China has little regards for other countries seas and laws protecting fishing stocks with China having one of the larger fishing fleets, if not the largest, is a bigger danger to fish populations and unsustainable fishing than Australia and Vietnam combined.

It's not hard for you when you are laser focused on blaming only China; the boogeyman.
"Policy Responses and Reforms
In response to the growing concerns over overfishing, China is currently undergoing a major overhaul of its fisheries law, which aims to promote sustainability and conservation. Proposed amendments include stricter regulations on fishing practices and improved traceability of fish catches to combat IUU fishing. However, the effectiveness of these reforms remains to be seen, as enforcement will be challenging given the vast number of fishing vessels. "
"Zhou Wei, head of the oceans programme at Greenpeace East Asia, says the move shows China’s willingness to align with the Port State Measures Agreement to tackle IUU fishing by preventing non-compliant vessels from landing catches. The PSMA is a key international deal under the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization which China has for some years said it is working towards joining, most recently in a 2023 white paper."
"A proposed article in the draft would both ban unregistered boats from fishing and ban the supplying of them with fuel, water and ice to preserve catches without having first checked their registration."

Now, you are down to spamming the thread.
Look it up. China has the largest fishing fleet in the world. And quote where I said China is the only problem.
What is evident with China having the largest fishing fleet, violating other countries waters, has little regards for laws protecting fish populations, and harasses/ stops other countries fishing fleets, is China is the leading problem in unsustainable fishing. Not a hard concept. China with the biggest fleet that deploys more often in more areas is the biggest problem.

You are ignoring how China's government and all other governments in that area are trying to fix the problem and only focusing on feeding your bias against China because you are programmed to view China as the villain.
Do some research as to which country's peoples are illegally fishing Australian waters, as is the topic of this thread. It's not the Chinese.

"Fishing activities have significantly impacted demersal fish stocks, crucial raw materials in the surimi industry [26]. Overfishing and unsustainable practices have led to the depletion of these stocks, threatening the balance of marine ecosystems and the long-term viability of the fishing industry [15]. The pressure on these fish populations has reduced reproductive potential and altered species composition, necessitating urgent measures to manage and conserve these vital resources effectively [17]."

Interesting article on foreign land ownership in Australia. Queensland owns most of the land, however most foreign held land is in the Northern Territories, up to 29.2 percent.

And I can cite sources the earth is flat from the right propaganda.
The UK is responsible for about 1 percent of the world’s fishing. China is over 40 percent of the world’s fishing. Why would you shill for China that is the larger problem concerning sustainable fishing, where China the most aggressive at violating other countries seas and the most aggressive at violating protections to maintain fish populations.
