You've used that link before on ATS, it no longer works properly.

But the link is about the ex-Prime Minister, Nikolay Azarov.
Quote:As of 12 January 2015, Azarov has had an Interpol Red Notice issued,[sup][49][/sup] along with ex-President Viktor Yanukovych and former Minister of Finance Yuriy Kolobov,[sup][50][/sup] on charges of 'Misappropriation, embezzlement or conversion of property by malversation, if committed in respect of an especially gross amount, or by an organized group.'[sup][51][/sup]
Since 3 July 2014, Azarov is in the international wanted list for abuse of power.[sup][52][/sup][sup][53][/sup]

Its time for a different approach and if it doesnt work we at least know. And that is indeed progress. We were in the complete dark, and now we switched on the light and we know the direction. That is progress.

The "more money won't help" argument is basically saying "let's watch our house burn down so we can try new decorations."

Funding Ukraine isn't throwing coins in a wishing Elite, it's buying them time and hope.

Switching on the light is cute, but if you leave the roof open while Russia bombs it....

Real progress isn't just knowing the direction.

It's walking it without getting Russian steamrolled.

Preferably with proper armor, strategy, and maybe a little common sense sprinkled on top.  Saint2

They can't have realistic peace talks while one side is actively invading.

That's not a discussion nor negotiation.

It's paramount to surrender.

It's also whataboutisum.

Nor does it change the fact that Russia flung their best and brightest into the fray, went in hard as they could, trying to seize an airport.

And got their arses handed to them by Ukrainian reservists and raw recruits.

Suffice it to say, they will always have money for war.

Just to add, I'm not from America, I'm from the other side of the pond.

Russia don’t have to negotiate, they are moving forward
common sense is not your enemy

Kievan Rus aside, Ukraine as it is seen in the 20th century became an independent sovereign nation in 1991 after the fall of the USSR.

I'm not denying that Ukraine has corruption and funds have been syphoned off, but one of the loudest who called Ukraine corrupt was the ex-prime minister who fled to Russia! He's wanted on an interpol red notice for Misappropriation, and embezzlement.

Coming from someone with a obvious vendetta, that's funny!!
You made your feelings clear on ATS and are clearly biased because of the Balkans.

Sounds like "whataboutisum" to me.

And it doesn't change who the real enemy is, nor who is in the wrong postcode.

Even if some corruption exists, billions of dollars still reached soldiers, hospitals, and tanks, not just Swiss bank accounts.

Russia "moving forward" isn't common sense.

It's a 3-legged blind bear charging a picnic.

Common sense isn't on Russia’s side, it's on Ukraine's

The same side that is actually defending its sovereign land.

Again, all that information is from the corrupt ex-prime minister who fled to Russia and is wanted on a interpol red notice.
