Why enrich to 60 percent?

One reason I posted earlier for medical purposes, but maybe they wanted leverage for diplomatic negotiations which turned out to be futile. The fact is having nuclear weapons elicits diplomatic negotiations and/or being ignored by warmongering countries.

When that country threatens to destroy us, all the while engaging in unprovoked attacks against our assets and them almost completing a nuclear program ... we damn well DO have a right to demand that they give it up or face us protecting ourselves.
