Who is it you imagine makes the "decisions" if not the prime minister of the nation?

 Why should I, an honest worker who gets no holiday or sick pay be asked to fund the bone idle good for nothing workshy lead swinging Home Bargains dressing gown wearing (inthe shop) permanently suufering from 'anxiety' c@ck sucking layabout class, or Nigerians / bangladeshi's who've just got off the dinghy boat to our shores and expect me to fund their health care when non of their ancestors contributed to this land?

Why don't you get any holiday or sick pay? You should be getting ~five and a half weeks paid leave or 10 - 15 days if doing 10 - 15 hrs a week. Statutory sick pay is up to 28 weeks a year so seems your employer is acting illegally  (unless you're self employed, where you would still get sick pay if signed off by your GP).

No one 'getting off a dinghy' gets free treatment on the NHS as you need proof of residency and legal status apart from in life or death emergencies where people are still billed for any in-patient or out-patient treatment. It makes up les than 0.1% of the NHS budget.
