Again, super interesting concept because the intense silence during that one specific contactee experience in the time dilation bubble which was outside the ship and my OOBE were of the same magnitude. But other contactee experiences were physical with sound when inside the ship.

I feel temprature changes when I meditate and feel wind blowing. I can also change my body temperature based on thoughts, feelings really. It's no different from acting.

And so I can summon the Lady and feel the wind blowing and manifest reality through emotions wherever thoughts go.  Does it matter if it's real when my body perceive thoughts as such?

It can be induce in various ways. There is really a wide spectrum.

I speculate that:
Both outside the ship and OOBE, you were nonphysical. It was silent.  Either your physical body was 'vibrated' to a frequency outside of time, or only your 'astral' energetic forms were involved in the experience. 
However when inside the 'craft', you were in a space which was itself outside of time, but inside , time once again existed, therefore, gravity and sound as well. 

It is as if we could view time and gravity as a side effect of physical reality, not as a cause or foundation of it. 

I happen to have read a very fascinating chapter in Strieber's new book The Fourth Mind (highly recommended) which mentions an experiment of 2024 by some Italian scientists:

Stopped clocks and a car literally just completely slowly dying has been an experience of mine.

The clocks have been for a very long time, not as extreme anymore.

I first noticed the clock thing when my son was a toddler. He swears he saw a dark headless entity fly into his room, he and the cat came running out in horror. Then the clocks throughout the house all displayed different timings. One was 10:24, 12:05, 3:30 and 1:30 if I remember correctly. This same house was on King Phillip land. My neighbors and I also saw soldiers walking into the woods sometimes. One night we had a blackout, yet there were bright lights outside about our house. We were so freaked out we ran to the car and drive 30 miles to mom’s house.

And school I worked at in AZ had their cafeteria clock stop at 3:00 immediately after I started working there, the maintenance man was constantly changing batteries to no avail, from what I was told it corrected after I left for another position.

Driving home in a snowstorm in a town I used to live in, where my neighbors claimed to have seen a ufo above our mailboxes (I do believe her), my car just suddenly lost all power, I managed to get it to a parking lot, not easy. My sister thank goodness wasn’t working that night and came and sat with me in her Jeep while we waited 5 hours for AAA. That car needed the starter, alternator and battery replaced. The battery was only a year old. My favorite watch also stopped working. The place I previously lived at in that town had serious poltergeist activity, tge tv would turn off and in so much, I wouldn’t even try to watch it at night, I’d read to my dog. She would growl at the tv or if I stopped reading til she fell asleep.

I've read about a phenomenon something like that, back in the days, where people would walk under street lights and the lights would go 'off' in many instances. This happened to me only once, so I put it down to a bulb needing changing. But if it happened often, then I would wonder if I was somehow affecting the light.

We all have an aura or a bioelectric field and electromagnetic (there's that word again!) spectrum around us. I wonder if some people's fields are stronger or more expansive than others.

As quintessentone alludes to above, I was mindful when reading your post, about not just the 'crafts' interaction with electromagnetic fields but also our own body's capabilities and interaction as well.

There is the whole quantum field, the whole perceiving of reality, and how perception changes 'reality' - people 'call' UFOs, are they coming FROM the person, are they a created energy?  Then you have 'external' beings, are they us? Are we related?  Yes, at a Source level. It's all fuzzy isn't it?
Meditation and ritual can call these beings or crafts.   Strong emotion and human energy can call them, can affect fields.  Lights, clocks, matter.

I was up late one night reading John Mack's Abduction book. I can't recall exactly, I either fell asleep reading it,  or it was during reading it, while I was feeling that very strong emotion of fear and 'presence' when you are alone at night with something scary.  At that moment of waking or while reading , my stereo suddenly turned on and blasted and the clock was stuck on 0333 in the morning. I had to get up and turn it off before it got back to normal.  There was that moment of fear that seemed to emanate from me.  Maybe I made the stereo turn on?

I recall reading numerous testimonies from fighter pilots where under extreme sense of danger the plain's gauges and electronics starting to act erratic or none funtioning...conclusion was that the pilots somehow under those conditions affected said gauges and electronics. Very possible...altough creating the whole ufo in the sky, so to speak, may be entirely something else.

Yes I believe that! I also believe some of us can be seen or picked up on because of it.

I once drove home at night after visiting my son in the hospital, he was not in good shape. I was an emotional wreck. Every street light I approached in my car went out as I approached it for over two miles. It only stopped as I approached a very desolate stretch of road with no lights at all.

Another time at work my sister stopped by on her way home. It was snowing pretty bad. She and my boss were bragging how they get to leave and I was stuck there. I told them I was going to make their cars not work. I kid you not, they both came back in almost crying asking me to stop it cause their cars wouldn’t turn over at all. I did think it was funny, but they were getting pretty whiny about it, and luckily both their cars finally started. Coincidence maybe, made me laugh!

A couple of years ago in our back yard facing the South Carolina Georgia border there was a huge orange UFO. It was just lumbering along and not moving very fast. I called my wife out and said "You have to see this". It was so vivid she thought it was underwater as we live on Lake Murray. 

I then began to video it with my Android phone. The phone was videoing but the object wasnt appearing on the screen.  I still have the video along with me dropping F bombs to God and talk back and forth to my wife on it. Oh, it wasnt like 100's of miles out. It was right over the lake. As in 10 times closer than the moon on a full moon night. 

Shoulda, woulda, coulda and I got m fooking squat. 

Then it went directly up into space over the Hartwell region of Georgia.  Hartwell is located 11 miles from where the Georgia Guidestones used to be. The Cherokee Indians said in the 1500's that the Hartwell region was the Center of the World so I wonder what they saw. 

So throw in the 5G Android Smart Phones into the mix of interference
