From your second link, most of the sources are from the one researcher, namely, Pitkanen. The other two sources are from only two other researchers.
Alfred source:
"
Bohm (a leading expert in 20[sup]th[/sup] Century plasma physics) observed in amazement that once electrons were in plasma, they stopped behaving like individuals and started behaving as if they were a part of a larger and interconnected whole. Although the individual movements of each electron appeared to be random, vast numbers of electrons were able to produce collective effects that were surprisingly well-organized and appeared to behave like a lifeform."
Collins is an author, so I'm usually suspicious when books or the selling of books may be in the forefront of any UFO/Alien source.
Pitkanen sources:
"1.1 Maxwellian hologram is not enough physical sense in
The concrete Maxwellian idea about a hologram plate resulting as an outcome of the interference of the reference beam and light scattered from an object can serve only as a guiding metaphor. First of all, coherence occurs only in what are called "coherence regions". The problem is that Maxwellian theory does not really provide a first principle definition for the coherence regions. In quantum theory, a similar problem is encountered. Secondly, in living matter, it is not at all clear whether reference beam exists at all. Third, living matter is a dynamic granular structure and far from a homogeneous hologram plate. And fourth, the idea about storing memories -- one of the basic motivations of the hologram paradigm -- has its own problems (although multi-holograms are certainly possible)."

I see that Pitkanen is questioning many of Maxwell's theories where he brings in many other fields of study which he claims all have problems or are unclear yet he does not offer any explanation as to why or how he has come to those conclusions.
It seems to be and may always be a quest for understanding all the mysteries of creation where the answers will always be just a question away.

Today, plasma studies make no mention of any type of lifeforms existing within it's research plans.
"Mind over (the fourth state of) matterA plasma is a gas so hot that its electrons and ions have been stripped away, forming a cloud of excited particles that emit light when they collide. 99.9% of the observable universe—stars, nebulae, comet tails—is glowing plasma. A bolt of lightning is plasma, as are neon signs and fluorescent lights. Plasma is both ordinary and extraordinary, which is why so many scientists, including those at the PSFC, are studying it.
Plasma is also where fusion happens. At extremely high temperatures, plasma particles don’t just collide; they fuse, releasing massive amounts of energy. We create plasmas in labs, and we also use theoretical physics to model how plasma reacts under different conditions. With help from powerful quantum computers and AI tools, our researchers are revisiting plasma data to make new discoveries faster. From the secrets of the cosmos to fusion energy, plasma science has the answers."

Maybe the 'lifeforms' are in reality hologram/messages sent by aliens travelling along plasma conduits as an communication array by advanced beings of which we are not a member?
