Some are saying it looks like f117… but that flies parallel, not perpendicular to ground.
my first guess is balloon. Not sure what type. Video suggests solar balloon, and I can possibly agree but shape is slightly different.
video analysis shows this is at 14k feet not 22k as the first post said.
it doesn’t display any exotic perpulsion/movements. I think it’s basically stationary and the plane is just flying past it.
other thoughts?
