Did Biden have all available up-to-date, best possible science at his disposal at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic which was a new deadly and mutating disease?

Did Trump have all available up-to-date, best possible science at his disposal with acetaminophen studies on pregnant women?

Tylenol says don't take the shit when pregnant,  and it can pass to the baby while breast feeding. Only take it under a doctors advice. Like these doctors.
