I think you misunderstand.

Iran's supreme leadership, the Ayatollahs, are religious Shia Muslims and follow Shia Laws.

In Shia Islam, all intoxicants—including alcohol and non-medical drugs—are strictly forbidden (haram). This prohibition is based on the principle that substances altering mental faculties cause severe harm to the mind and body, and are classified as defilement that distances believers from God. which has strong and deeply held prohibitions against drugs and alcohol.

I used "60% enrichment" because that is the enrichment assay level that the IAEA, the UN, Trump & Israel have all agreed that Iran has attained.

Well that answer is totally not even related remotely to the post.

Actually, it's Iran for being belligerent and accelerating a nuke weapons program.  Had they for example, ended a nuke program and fully had U.N. compliance, and had stuck to 100% business, they all could have been trillionaires by now. 

There isn't any evidence that they had a nuclear weapons program. The UN, the IAEA, the FAS and US Intelligence services all said that there has been no evidence of a nuclear weapons program.

And neither Israel nor the Trump administration have furnished any proof of an Iranian nuclear weapons program. In fact, it wasn't until some time after attacking Iran that Trump started suggesting that Iran was working towards nuclear weapons.

That doesn't sound like what happened in Iraq at all aka Gulf war 2.

The Iran nuclear treaty, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is a 2015 accord that limited Iran's nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. The treaty had nothing to do with giving Iran handouts of vast sums of money. It was a treaty to limit nukes. A treaty that Trump broke - He lied.

Remember, Trump said he was going to be the President who didn't start and commit to "forever wars". Now you are three months in to a war where the only way out is to appease Iran, or the war will go on well after Trump has died (yeah, he's really old and unwell) - He lied.

Remember, Trump was going to stop 'appeasement payouts' to other countries. Now, he is offering billions to Iran in reparations for the war, and to keep the straits open - He lied.

Appreciate the counterpoint, but they most assuredly have a rather large stockpile at 60%.  And they keep it there to avoid official nuclear status.

Iran and Nukes and US sanctions over it go back decades.  First sanctions in 1992. UNSC in 2006. Got to 60% enrichment for the first time in 2021.

Their ambitions are well known. If Trump's lying about anything its that they are right now approaching breaking out, instead of on the brink for the last 5 years.

Honestly, the "almost there" threat REALLY DID materialize since he left and returned to office. Everyone was too Biden-minded in April 2021 to notice. Since then they've amassed over 440kg.
