Interesting, cheers for the link - haven't seen any mention of the incident prior to Trump's post which is a bit odd (not saying it's a false flag).

It would explain the strikes by Israel and justify US response as so far it appears Iran fired first and broke the ceasefire based on current evidence.

Apache helicopters, impressive as they are, can be rather susceptible to the likes of missile attack in this day and age.

So it's not beyond the realms of possibility.

Hope the crew made it out ok?

Great news the crew are ok. It's possible there was a press embargo on the incident until crew and any sensitive tech were rescued as reporting it would compromise the rescue effort and put a lot of troops at risk.

My hat goes off to helicopter pilots, they're meant to be impossible to fly in perfect conditions but the pilots make it look easy.

Yeah, if it ever happened I missed it and they don't seem the type of person to follow Nazi groups. A couple of posts can be interpreted as having anti-Semitic tropes in them like Jews ruling the world but their criticism is about Netenyahu and AIPAC and doesn't contain any dislike or smears against Jews or Israeli's in general. On topic Israel are back to bombing Lebanon so yesterday/this mornings ceasefire is already null and void and lasted 5 minutes before Israel warned civilians to evacuate Tyre and started bombing 45 minutes later. 

One of the ceasefire agreements was for Israel to stop striking southern Lebanon with Iran claiming there would be severe attacks on Israel if they continued to strike Southern Lebanon so everything is back to square one with no deal or end to the war in site.

I'm not convinced Trump is as close to a deal as he claims, and Iran has no reason to to submit to Trumps demands.

Iran is probably making more selling oil than they have in a years and tacking on toll money for the strait this probably ends up being good for them.
