Trump 'authorizing Full Force, if necessary' as military deploys to another US city

I think Trump is discovering that it's a lot harder to bring China to heel than he thought, without a strong and unified America backing him. From the leftists undermining every single move of his domestic economic agenda, to stock-market opportunists who try to profit off crashing the market at each announcement they can spin into doomsday. It's ridiculous. Sure, he's got some MAGA-aligned economic players backing him, but then "international financier" press (who, by the way, are likely owned by the same people who are financing Antifa) turn around and blame them for opportunism, all the while lining their own pockets. Crazy.

Perhaps he should throw up a wall at China, like he has been doing, but then pause trying to "negotiate" until the chaos at home can be dealt with. A stable and economically unified America (and that very well might include Canada and Mexico) is key to being able to deal efficiently with the world. And it's all about the art of the deal. Smile

We soooooooooooo agree.

When people say learn from history -- I'm like "we're in new/uncharted territory".

We need to re-evaluate where we're going and stop looking backwards.

As a planet -- we've never been globally connected as we are today.  Or on this scale of a human workforce being replaced by machines and AI.  Sure -- in the past we went through machine's eliminating some jobs -- but not on this scale.

Paris Hilton actually said something intelligent:  "Money is not the root of all evil -- boredom is".

Order has to be maintained -- one way or another.

Well, that's a bit rambling.  Too many thoughts going through my brain.

Or we could have done what previous administrations have done and taken a knee to China.

China should not be our enemy. But also, since the days of Clinton, Democrats have been bowing to them and handing them the whip-hand. My goodness, how many dividends did those bundles of campaign cash funnelled to Bill Clinton buy? Remember Charlie Trie? Best investment China ever made.
China should not be our enemy?

Ummm, wtf?

Hell I saw you replied and wanted to reply by arguing with you.

But I cannot because I mostly agree...

just to be clear Im of the opinion if we remove the all financial finagling and enrichment our political leaders partake in from ALL levels of our governance.

We would likely get a completely different kind of politician.

till then, it's an offshoot of our system, and most systems have some type of financial leakage or spoilage, some leakier and spoilier.

Think about it.

What are the various ways of making someone no longer your enemy any more?

Killing them with covid.

China already tried that.

I honestly don't know what to think about the truth of covid. Yeah, maybe. All that WHO stuff is such a tangle. Who is Bill Gates really aligned with? Sure Faucci's a snake, but what's the real agenda. Big rabbit hole. Sure don't trust China's story though, lol.

But yes, now you're thinking outside the box. However we get there, we can all agree, they should no longer be our enemy. Smile

But first priority should be domestic!

Then we beat them and they can surrender.

Or we can, it depends on if you want democrats back "in charge".
