I think the entire State level governments of the West Coast states needs immediate dismissal and temporary military governance. Then DIA can also unleash the back tracing of government officials communications to whichever NGO's and foreign entities and agents are in contact with who. Should take no longer than six months and then elections can return back to normal.
Once the state governments are staffed with people who will keep barebones operations running they can continue to identify the agents working against the USA at the local municipal levels of government.
Desperate times. When activist elected officials order agencies to completely ignore the responsibilities they must fulfill for which taxes are collected , they are essentially rogue officials who are in dereliction of duty, and frankly openly corrupt. How you going to collect taxes from the citizens and then withhold the very services it pays for?? Police are paid to keep the peace in a community and arrest law breakers, especially violent ones openly making death threats in public against law enforcement officials.
If they are being ordered to stand down from enforcing that, and the DA's office refuses to prosecute, you essentially do not have a government you have warlords ruling selectively based on personal ideology, not the rule of law and service to the Constitution of the United States of America.
So exigent circumstances call for arrests of elected officials for openly supplying material support to criminals, laundering of tax money from agencies ( what else are the taxes collected doing if the services they pay for are not being rendered?), and corrupt district attorneys also need to be charged and removed. These should be done under military tribunal since these officials are violating their oath of office and the DA's offices can be filled in temporarily with JAG officers and attorneys.
The municipal and state level courts can still operate as normal, just staffed with JAG officers who actually prosecute criminals. Get the Soros paid agents of foreign governments out and JAG officers in. The agents of foreign governments at all levels of elected office must be purged out of our system, and the Defense Intelligence Agency is likely the best one positioned to identify the ones who need bye bye.
Forensic accountants should hopefully be in ample supply.
