Epstein was a billionaire.
He had almost anyone who’s anyone in his contact list.
No Elon Musk though.

It is not a crime to be in a black book .. a list of contacts.   I'm sure Epstein had contact with a lot of people who didn't engage in the sex party thing with him.   Simply being on the contact list doesn't make someone guilty of anything except being a bad judge of character.
