I think I saw that kind of bait dangled in the old ABC series airing in the 2000s, To Catch a Predator.  That is what it seems like Jeffrey Epstein’s operation was like to me, done on the rich & famous.

My bad, she does indeed appear to have been transferred from a "low security" prison in Tallahassee, Florida, to the "minimum security" Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.

Im quite astonished that you would keep such a high-profile child sex trafficker in a low-security facility all the same.

Considering she was convicted of multiple sex offense-related federal crimes.

Including sex trafficking and transporting minors, and at the beginning of a 20-year sentence.

Guess she was not deemed to be violent or at risk of escaping.

I think for the most part people think of her as more of a sort of 'madam' and guilty of trafficking and luring young women into prostitution. The word children is never brought up, maybe minors sometimes but it's not focussed on. If it were there might be more of a reaction to her move.

She recruited and groomed minors as young as 14 for Jeffrey Epstein.

Actual charges are, sex trafficking of a minor, transporting a minor for sexual activity, and conspiracy charges (transport, trafficking).

I tend to agree that if the word children was specifically mentioned, it would draw a more heated reaction.

Legal definition of child sex trafficking is: 

"The recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person under the age of 18 for the purposes of a commercial sex act."

In Epstein and Maxwell’s case, the terms "child" and "minor" are interchangeable 

Maxwell was also guilty of facilitating and participating in the sexual abuse of minors (children)
