Or are we going to pretend all the previous appointees and employees aren't promoting previous parties' political doctrines?
By verbalizing it, it just brings the already existing situation into the light.
Oh yes, den of vipers, the lot of them. But they weren't required by orders to be partisan vipers.
But I think we have converged on agreement -- I too like the idea of "bringing the already existing situation into the light". But America's having one hell of a case of next-morning regret right now, eh? We don't have to pretend she's still beautiful in the harsh light of day. Except she will perhaps rip our faces off if we don't.

Once again, the only reason the pendulum is swinging back so far is that it was pushed that far in the opposite direction.
Plenty of Americans had thier civil rights trampled on during COVID, or has COVID brain fog made everyone forget?
The left's actions and reactions over the last 8 years got Trump elected not once but twice.
The push for Hillary was understandable, but the propping up of a dementia riddled Biden, and an automated signature machine as a duly elected administration, not so much. Thier choices were so lousy it made DJT look attractive.
Harris and Walz FFS, my industry is at a standstill, and it's in uncertain territory, and I still prefer Trump
No pain to gain, is there any doubt our governmental bureaucracies needed a high colonic?

It's perfect and according to plan. They'll now have an easier way to "deport", just watch how.

Now I'm wondering if posting those videos was meant as provocation? Did he want to force their hand, in order to get a fight and eventual clear Court ruling on this?
Now it is no longer enough to do one's job and follow policy, you must advance the policy of the President:
May I recommend some type of pin or badge, to show that you're "on board" and advancing the President's agenda? It would build a sense of team cohesion and common purpose. Perhaps an armband?

Why would The Court be turning on Trump when all they're doing is citing a law that was presented in arguments and briefings? (assuming the edits are done finally)

Looks like their gonna enforce their ruling to allow detainees the right to contest their charges.

Seems like a power struggle underneath it all.
I'm waiting for him to say, "remember who appointed you" (or something similar) in a Twitted response to one of these rulings that slows his roll. Just to prove he has no concept of constitutional checks and balance.
Funny his only supporters were The Bush's appointees (one each) on this one. His three appointees joined the three liberal justices.
I wonder if that also was meant to subliminally send a message?
In any case I like getting the feeling the stacked Conservative Supreme Court (I thought would doom us all) is losing patience with the executive enough to stay up late to early Saturday morning just to grant Jesus Barabbas a stay of prisoner transfer.

Leftists want to own the courts. likely because they are owned by China, one reason BIDEN appointed so many judges not born in America.
We don't want activist judges, no matter which party; hell, we don't want semi-political judges no matter the party, but thats the route we are headed, if we aren't there already.

Still encouraging. Anyone wrongfully accused can defend themselves now. They voted to uphold their last week decision.
I like it. It keeps ultimate checks and balances intact and gives The ACLU it's chance to plead. The Supreme Court stayed up on a Friday night into the early morning hours just to halt a transfer Trump had scheduled anyway - without everyone getting to defend themselves.
That's as important as their original ruling to allow them the right to challenge the accusations. A huge win against my fears of anything Nazi-like.
The judicial is still checking the executive, and I love it. I also enjoy the 4 senators (Muskowski, Collins, + Kentucky Boys) that would oppose any impeachment of any railroaded judge upholding our beautiful and abstract constitution.
It keeps hope alive that the years of established precedent will remain established.
And just for you I will forego the OCD and not edit. :)

Trump? Cthulhu? Jesus?
I don't have privy to your thoughts. But this is a Trump thread, and HE IS ALWAYS HERE. He has risen up (maybe from under the sea) as our most important figure for everyone still partaking in the illusion of voice.
He lives in our hopes and nightmares and in our joy and distress. He is our Savior and our Satan. He is all around us and he is always among us.
Amen.
