See lots of Bitching. But I don’t see Europe willing to do what really needs doing to get Russia out of the Ukraine. It’s not worth the cost over two equally corrupt governments. Russia and Ukraine.
How long has Europe been buying and dependent on cheap Russian energy?
Sending EU troops straight into Ukraine risks dragging the whole continent into a third world war.
That's why providing weapons and aid is the safer, smarter option.
It lets Ukraine defend itself without NATO troops on the front line.
And as far as im aware, Ukraine's government changes through elections, Russia's doesn’t, which is rather a big difference.
As for energy, totally agree Europe relied too much on Russia in the past, but that's exactly why Putin thought he could get away with this.
