Terrorism is in the eye of the beholder. A word used on both sides of every conflict. Most of the breeding population jumped ship out of ukraine at the start of the War. Do you think those men are breeding with each other? Its not sustainable and will get worse before its over.

I know you wanna hold out hope...I think its admirable...the nations we needed to flip told us to piss off and they will keep buying that oil and gas. So what then...we alienate India and a handful of other economies and risk pushing them into a stronger alliance with Russia and China...that doesn't sound like a smart play.

As long as his people are willing to fight, then Zelensky is well within his rights to fight for his country's freedom.

Yes...literally every statement from him on the matter. They've been pretty vocal about what they want before they lay down arms. Ukraine will lose the 4 oblasts that had referendums...regardless how you or I or Zelensky feels about the legitimacy of said referendums. They will comit to not joining NATO...and there was a handful of other smaller conditions...but those are the 2 big ones. Ukraine is not in the position to dictate anything...and anything Russia does negotiate on will be because they want to. Unless Western countries put troops in the fight there is no real leverage. Sanctions don't seem to work...there are enough nations buying oil and gas that told the US to pound sand that, that won't work. So here we are watching a slow motion trainwreck full of death and destruction...and sad to say but your and my countries caused this when they used a coup we backed and funded to try and take Ukraine as our own puppet. It didn't work out and now the regular joe in Ukraine and Russia will pay the price for the games our nation played.
