Very insightful MomkMode, I can't stop the wet dreams. Sometimes I feel like masturbating but don't and it passes quickly. It wasn't an open invitation to ask lol but I don't mind. Wet dreams are rare though.

Me I’m of the mind that normalizing wet dreams should be called out as abusive curriculum taught as sex education to 10 year olds, as was my elementary school experience.

I haven't ever thought of it in the way you have. Back in the day I thought it amusing that I couldn't avoid having an orgasm as at some point I'd have a wet dream. It wasn't something I'd ever talk about though. This is probably the first time. I think of it more as a natural outlet or some such.

I've been trying to recall the last one but not quite sure. I moved home six years ago and haven't had one here.

I think it is probably a good thing to ban Porn in Michigan, Most kids can watch it on the internet from free porn sites.  Kids can disable filters faster than most parents can these days, so banning it is probably good.  I also think they should get some more stringent standards on TV shows, seems like there are too many bed scenes in shows now, what happened to M and R ratings being on shows now, and even some what we think of as cartoons have way too much sexual speech content in them for the kids to be viewing on the internet.   We were shocked at the shows that the great grandkids were watching, and we were unaware there are many cartoons that are not appropriate for kids.

We do not want to set our internet to limit the wife and I from watching some shows like the Fire department shows, but it seems lately all of those shows that should be appropriate have more and more gay couples making out and adults in bed, even though full nudity is not happening, kids under nine or ten should not be exposed to stuff like that.  It is like these productions are trying to increase sexual/romantic behavior in young kids.  That should be something for more mature teens, not younger kids.

But I know the world is changing here in America, and now I am starting to question if my parents generation was right to restrict the airing of TV shows like they did.  I am seventy, I have seen this evolve, and also have seen increases in pedophyle activity and pregnancies turning to abortions.  Maybe the buck has to stop at my generation, we fought to increase things on TV, and it went too far.  Ten year olds should not have to be thinking about romance and dating yet, and included in that would be gay activity or changing of sex.

I have no problem with them banning porn on the internet in Michigan.

We need more clean and appropriate programming. We must have a sexually repressed society to keep kids safe and whatnot. Ten years is too young to be anything but sheltered from a world out of control. Don't even expose them to the Grimm Brothers' fairy tales as they were written.

We don't need sexual repression, quite the opposite. We need education that might bring awareness to the human obsession with sex.

IMO: there is no way old folks can permanently quit sex and masturbation without going through one hell of a detox.  It is worse than child birth because ass holes can’t just dilate and push all that shit out in any kind of short term.  POIS is nothing to take lightly.  The whole body starts becoming damned with piss and shit when the screws start getting tightened upon the “coming of age.”  Imagine how full of piss and shit people are by the time they reach 40?! These kind of proposals belittle what a painful cleansing ritual that is.  This legislation sounds hypocritical.  But this topic is a good example of trying to be the change I wish to see.  If it works, then maybe people will follow the example, but they have to make the choice.  It can’t be forced on them by the government.
