The message I am trying to convey is that permanently quitting orgasms, achieving perfect continence, is a very powerful addiction to overcome, and I doubt there are very many who have succeeded in doing so.  The only folks who have succeeded exist the realm of mythology IMO.

I don't feel good about myself in that regard. It's just like you say perhaps that it gets easy. I am also an incurable romantic and that plays a part too. This thread is really the only place I mention it and it's kind of embarrassing to admit in a way. Now I've been called a liar!

I think intimacy between human beings should be a private affair. Porn devalues and cheapens it. I couldn't imagine my daughter being involved in something like that. 

I did say earlier perhaps I'm not fit to judge as I don't participate, hence my mention of celibacy.

Well, we all have opinions on how things should be. Imposing that opinion on others and forcing them to live according to our ideals is a whole other story. Americans are usually against that sort of thing, hence my wondering why porn is an exception.

I don't think anyone should have an Instagram account but I recognize and respect their freedom to live a life of their choosing.

The hypothalamus is a very important part of the endocrine system, I’m reading, in the brain, along with the pineal and pituitary glands.

I’m not preaching for any castration of vital organs, this sounds like the worst choice there is.

But there is a component in my theory that orgasms would send energy down the endocrine system, from the pineal gland to the testes or ovaries.  Whereas retaining that reproductive energy would send energy up the endocrine system, from the testes or ovaries, to the pineal gland.  That would lead to enlightenment IMO, and cure the calcification of the pineal gland which is always seen during aging.

I think the enlightened term for that is Kundalini Awakening.
