Nah, the Christian right was never cool with any of that actually. Except maybe lesbians. Some lesbians, not the butch ones. Gotta keep the harem happy.

The tolerance was a result of the inertia of social liberalization from the civil rights movement. Since racism was conquered in the 90s, hey maybe keep going? Let's see what works. Most convinced themselves that this was true, that society could evolve to healthily incorporate the "unnatural", or at least it was not worth complaining about trying. 15 years later, and the evidence is in that Christian America can not coexist with an unbridled amoral leftist liberalism whose degeneracy knows no bounds, only pragmatism. Or at least, there's the actionable facsimile of evidence, which is the same thing in modern America. Therefore, the T is really describing the apex of the pendulum swing, this far and no farther and it was a mistake to be corrected, and what we're seeing now from the Heritage Foundation is the beginning of the swing-back. And you better believe that eventually it's coming for gay marriage too.

4 months ago I'd laugh at the notion of going after marriage or IVF, but this is more Christian Nationalism every day, so its probably gonna go back to the late 90s for me.

if you look at their websites they promote atypical LGBT things that are very Fox News Friendly. Like opposing LGBT curriculum in schools, or oppose anything gender ideology.

It's like how Jordan Belfort "The Wolf of Wall Street" created a company called "Stratton-Oakmont." It was created to give the impression of a deep rooted part of the culture despite being created in the last 5 years 

It presents itself as legitimate, and has real contributors, but it exists to promote anti-trans and pro-conservative narratives in the LGBT community. 

Like "Gays Against Groomers" was created in 2022 (with  conservative interests) to oppose woke educational practices. And subsequently got genuine LGB and even T to sign on.

But hey, Stolkholm Syndrome is a thing too.

It gets a small percentage of LGBT sympathetic to conservative interests. 

And while you'd say, "Good, conservative gay people SHOULD have a group," it's completely iconoclastic to most LGBT causes and supportive to its opposition almost always.

Though the followers like to call it "damage control,"  which ultimately promotes the narrative their modest sanity checks our groomer insanity, and further demonizes woke/trans initiatives by supporting that the "sane LGB people drop the T and leave children alone with their evil woke lesson plans."

I analyze the "gay press" on the daily: PinkNews, LGBTQ Nation, LA & Washington Blade, Holy Bullies and Headless Monsters and sometimes The Advocate and a few others with one of my favorites probably being Erin in the Morning

All have condemned efforts and organizations that want to remove the T.

Trans and gender non-conforming people have always been an instrumental part of the gay rights movement. Those now in the drop the T factions are just cowards and chickenshits for not standing up for those who have stood up for them.

Too bad they also think that distancing themselves from the T will somehow save them without realizing their heads and lives are next on the chopping block.

So true, now that Trump has designated the Antifa Organization, which is not an organization nor has any type of organized groups, can identify LGB as Antifa because they are organized. See how that will work?
