Ross Coulthart, who says he was told that the 2004 Tic-Tac was Lockheed Martin technology, now says he is "reasonably sure" it was controlled "psionically" - meaning - by a human with psychic ability.

Makes sense. I always thought that thing looked manmade with the 4 protrusions at the bottom. It was clear that it wasn't manned either, with the maneuvers it was doing. I believe we have tech that can do that. However, I don't believe we are there yet with regards to human piloting the craft from within it.

Whitley Strieber makes a good point in many of his interviews or books whereas the US GOV and other governments will never be able to have full access or abilities with a lot of this technology, because it is a spiritual technology.
It cannot be used by a mind that is greedy or afraid of losing it's secrets. 
It's like asking a beltway politician to meditate for half an hour a day and keep a journal of their results on how they are feeling more compassion for their constituents .  It's within the realm of possibility but its not very likely. 
I don't think the 'tic tac' is being psionically controlled by a homo sapiens sapiens.

Isn’t that the guy who said he got raped or violated by them? I did listen to an interview with him a long time back but only remember him breaking down crying all the time. 

personally I think UFOS/UAPs are different types of things. Some top secret tech first developed by the Nazis, some natural phenomena, some plasma beings or higher dimensional crossovers and many plain old hoaxes.

Yes that's the man.  He went through a lot of trauma.  

I agree about UFOs being multiple things.  From some nuts and bolts (very rare) , to other dimensional craft, plasma intelligences, faery or cryptoterrestrial 'thought forms' etc. 


In discussing the tic tac I dont think it originated from human homo sapiens technology, but elsewhere.  
The one on film may be ours that we back engineered but I dont think we have the capability to interface with technology mentally like we want to, quite yet.
