Money really is the root to all evil.
This trial really makes me agree with the movement that billionaires should be illegal. There is zero reason to hoard that much money and there isn't a single one who isn't a POS in some form or another, even our "beloved" Elon. You don't make a billion let alone multiple billions without stomping on people on the way up, or in Comb's case, raping them on the way up. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to give some dummy like Combs that much money for his horrid music should be flogged.
I'm sure some of you die-hards will accuse me of being jealous and will defend the right for these people to continue hording the worlds riches while we in the middle class struggle to cover bills, but excessive greed should be a crime and should be punished. If Soros was stripped of his fortunes he wouldn't be a problem, if Suckerberg wasn't allowed to take more than 500 mill home he wouldn't be such a hassle and wouldn't be allowed to buy up 700 acres of Kaua'i real-estate. Gates wouldn't have had the funds to push his population reduction schemes and wouldn't have the capital to buy thousands of acres of farm land. Allowing evil people to have complete financial authority over 99% of the planet is bananas. Wealth should be capped at half a billion max for a family, 250 mil for an individual. I am not a communist but there needs to be regulation. Its legal to salary cap people. I was stepped out when working on base as a WG-13 step 5. I couldn't make anymore unless I worked excessive overtime. If my pay can be capped, then so can theirs.
But what do we do about the excess money after the 500mil? Well most of them own businesses. Pass a law where excess income gets redistributed throughout the company to the employees as either quarter bonuses or pay raises. Excessive penalties can be levied if these people move money offshore to avoid the salary cap.
