Now, as to sentencing, that is another issue, however if he is found guilty and sentenced, it won't be the first time that a super-wealthy entertainer spent time in the can.
I happen to think it is inhumane to keep people locked away in cages and idealistically would rather see people reform. However that is beside the point here because Diddy is denying his guilt, so not trying to reform, and appears to be a threat to others’ safety.

I hear you, and don't disagree, at least in spirit. I believe that there are humans so broken, that have committed crimes for which there is no forgiveness, except perhaps a deity. I reference those who have raped and molested children, and those serial killers, and those who have murdered legions of people in the name of politics or religion. Imagine it is YOUR kin. You can't bring them back, and here is this person convicted of having murdered them. Is it inhumane to make them pay a penalty commensurate with their crime, with the pain and hurt that the survivors will always bear?
It is likely you are more evolved that me. If you have known great personal loss due to a criminal activity, then it may be so. If so, I wouldn't wish to be so evolved. Sometimes, I believe, there is no recourse other than a reckoning. Balance. Parity. Call it moral symmetry.
Anyway, good food for though. Thank you for your perspective. We don't yet know the extent of Diddy's crimes or if crimes can be proved in court. We will see.

You can have your opinion, its still a false statement because in order for something to be called a truth it has to be true 100% of the time, otherwise its called false. Have a good day im done.

In this particular scenario, cops were called when Kid Cudi believed his house was broken into. There was nothing stolen, no damage was done, but Cudi said things were moved around.
Given that, it is not surprising officers did not take his claims seriously, and lost any evidence related to the incident.

Did Diddy just try to escape the court???

I didn’t hear that, but I heard a reporter ask Trump if he would pardon Diddy, and Trump said, Let’s look at the facts.
