If this guy testified in court, and he has the video receipts, why aren't there chargers for him victimizing these 8 people? 2-3 of which, he says were minors that were drugged up and taking it from Diddy. Where are these charges?

In my professional opinion there is a lot of red tape in law enforcement and the judicial system in general. If you don't cross your T's, dot your i's, and do things by the numbers, your investigation will get thrown out. It takes a lot of time sometimes even months or longer. If the evidence is there, the charge will come.

Looks like LA cops can’t be trusted to hold onto fingerprint evidence (pulled from Kid Cudi’s residence after a believed break in to his home after he dated Cassie).

The defense went for a mistrial, saying that may unfairly imply Combs had anything to do with destruction of evidence.

The judge said disregard that statement, but no mistrial.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that cops can’t retain information.

Told people from the beginning that nothing would come of this and he wasn't going to be found guilty of anything worthwhile. They will give him a guilty veridct on DV, recognize his time served, and then give him community service. The trafficking and everything else he did has been swept under the rug as was intended. It seems apparent to me that Combs is guilty of racketeering.

Of course the courts and prosecutors are not going to escalate this case further up the totem pole, if it even goes higher.  I don’t think it really does, cuz who in the industry had more cash than Diddy?  He made his own bed, did somebody hold his hand and give him directions? I think not, he acted voluntarily.

Perhaps the world can grow to hate the game over the player, but this is the same game that built up Diddy, and now appears to be savagely brutalizing him.  Does he not deserve it?  Has he not earned it?

I will be surprised if he is found Not Guilty.

I will also be very surprised if he is found not guilty.  If the NYP and other Diddy trial updates are accurate, there is no way in which he can be acquitted.  Now, as to sentencing, that is another issue, however if he is found guilty and sentenced, it won't be the first time that a super-wealthy entertainer spent time in the can.

I know nothing about that but your distrust is misplaced for sure. You cant lump a few bad eggs together and say they speak for the entirety of chickens everywhere.

Well they lost the evidence, my opinion is negligence and disregard and that would be standard MO for cops.
