So far, all they have proven is that he's a disgusting sexual deviant. One of Cassies last statements was that after the male escorts would ejaculate on her, she and Diddy would go in the next room and she would rub the semen all over his body.

While absolutely disgusting, there is nothing illegal about this. The prosecution is covering up for all the other celebrities / power players involved in this. Comey is handing the defense a victory. Just like Epstein and Maxwell.....

Well what do you know, Jonathan Oddi was telling the truth. Cassie just testified that he was hired by Diddy for multiple freak offs. Why isn't this guy in the witness list?

A former porn star who engaged in a shootout with cops after storming the lobby of the Trump National Golf Club was identified in court by Cassie as someone Diddy allegedly hired for sexual encounters multiple times in Miami.
Jonathan Oddi was busted in 2018 after he was caught on camera carrying an American flag and raving about President Trump as he barged into the lobby of his golf resort. After his arrest, he claimed he had been kept as a "sex slave" by Combs, video from his interview with police showed.
Oddi was one of 13 escorts Cassie identified in court Wednesday, bringing the total for the trial to 16.

As in James Comey's daughter, the ex-FBI director who sat on a chit ton of evidence in multiple cases at his own volition or the orders of others, that Maurene Comey.

Yeah, he will skate totally or get a ridiculously light punishment, all with the implication that all the FOs were consensual

And no person of earth-shaking status will be exposed or go down by design or influence. 

This trial will make anybody else reluctant to come forward.

Yeah, I watched an interview with Oddi. Very telling.

Oddi was concerned when Cassie passed out during a freak out and wondered if she was dead. Diddy did nothing (?)

After that Oddi bought a spy camera and set it up on the living room table to get evidence he was not responsible for any deaths.

Diddy found it and had two of his employees come in wearing ski masks and waving guns around to force Oddi to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

I wonder if obscure sex workers with no family or friends did actually die from overdoses and it was covered up.

 There must a reason why Cassie and others were in fear for their lives, isn't there?

Oddi could still be called in as a witness, who knows?

If not, then the 'beyond a resonable doubt' may prevail here.

Well, we are only on day 4. However, it appears the prosecution is handing the victory to the defense. There has been zero proof of trafficking so far. The prosecution is focusing on the abuse - which is not one of the convictions. If this trial doesn't do a 180 in the next few days, consider it a bust.

She also said she loved Diddy so much that she wanted to please him. I mean she was only 19 years old when they began their (cough cough) relationship. Maybe he eased her into the more disgusting acts later on...sort of a grooming scenario...then coersion and threats (?)
