Cassie taking the stand this morning. Apparently, Diddy's lawyers don't wan the jury to see that she is pregnant. Trying to arrange it that she takes the stand before the jury enters the courtroom.

After questioning she will stand up and leave the stand where the jury will see her or will they make her sit in that seat until the end of the day when the jury leaves? Boggles the brain.

Maybe it is too soon to call it…
I think the Sex Trafficking and Prostitution charges will stick…. If I’m reading the summaries correctly, he was paying people to perform at the freak offs, and participating himself, so that qualifies as sex trafficking and prostitution, yes? He may have been enterprising about hosting parties, and perhaps blackmailed participants to keep it hush by filming them. This may have enhanced his brand in Hollywood. All the Hollywood party goers raved about the Diddy parties, amirite? Is that enough to make the Racketeering charge stick?

I'm in the UK so perhaps that's why the NY Times didn't work for me then! I've been looking at it on NBC News - Here - they have a diddy tab at the top - it's pretty basic info but enough for me at the minute! I will check out the other links in the thread - thanks guys! x
