Thanks for the link Putnam! They are definitely doing more updates than the Independent. 

I can now see why Diddy thinks he’s getting off. The prosecution had 14 months to prepare for this, and I think their case is weak. They should be focusing on the trafficking — not the domestic abuse. I find it very hard to believe they don’t have more evidence / proof than what they are conveying. I mean, there are thousands of recordings. Why are they focusing on domestic abuse????

Evidence seems clear, he sought and paid people for sex, then participated in the orgies.  Is this not pretty clear cut evidence of sex trafficking and prostitution?

Also looks like he filmed it for blackmail, and built a reputation in Hollywood as the best party host.  Maybe that is racketeering, as having that kind of reputation in Hollywood is good for business.

You said it, he paid for the escorts.  That is the reason I don’t think he walks on the sex trafficking and prostitution charges.

He paid for the escorts while the girls initiated the sex. They will have to prove his intent.

I think that is what they will be doing throughout this whole trial, proving his intent to organize these orgies.
