Can you give any hard numbers for how many people died from the use of remdesivir as a therapeutic to treat COVID-19 between 2019-2022? Because there seems to be a number of studies that say that Remdesivir reduced mortality in that period.

It is interesting that many of those who continue to broadcast unsubstantiated negative reports about remdesivir are the same who promoted ivermectin and other non-cures as a treatment or a preventative for COVID-19.

Think about this; there are very many people who have died unneccesarily because they believed the conspiracy theories (which, in the hindsight of several years, we know have not actually occurred - i.e. no enslavement, no changes to our diet, no regime change, no megadeaths, no losses of freedom) that denied the advice of the medical majority, denied the advice of government health departments, denied the scientific evidence, and blamed big pharma for things that never occurred.

All that online BS really killed people.

If anyone was evil through all this, it is those that made their bit of notoriety, money and fame out of promoting the outrageous, the stupid and the dangerous.

I'm not certain there are any hard numbers around this however I do question why the WHO advised against the use of Remdesivir to treat patients suffering from Covid.

There is some odd history around this drug. A clinical trial was conducted in West Africa during the Ebola outbreak of 2014.

Now I'm really concerned.

However 6 months into the Ebola study , the Safety Review Board suddenly pulled Zmapp and Remdesivir from the trial. Remdesivir, it turned out, was hideously dangerous. Within 28 days, subjects taking Remdesivir had lethal side effects including multiple organ failure, acute kidney failure, septic shock,, and hypotension, and 54% of the Remdesivir group died- the highest mortality among the 4 experimental drugs."

The findings were published in the New England Journal of Medicine December 2019.

February 25, 2020 Fauci announced that he was enrolling hospitalized Covid-19 patients into a clinical trial, "there were only 14 confirmed Covid cases in the United States." The pandemic hadn't yet been called by the WHO.

There wasn't much risk to his vaccine business model because these were the most ill patients. Remdesivir was still under patent protection so lots of $$$.

At this point it was now about achieving shorter hospital stays but once again another scam.
*** Twice as many Remdesivir patients as placebo subjects had to be readmitted to the hospital after discharge- improved time to recovery was due, at least in part, to discharging Remdesivir patients prematurely.

So here's Fauci tinkering with the study but no worries that "insiders would compalin about the corruption of the study, since his trusted deputy, Cliff Lane, chaired the NIH Treatment Guidelines panel. Lane was doubly confocited, since he had personally overseen the Remdesivir trials in china, and stood potentially to share in patent reqrds and royalties for the drug. 
In addition to Lane, 7 of the panel members had finacial relationships with Gilead- and 8 additional panel members had had financial relationships with gilead prior to the past 11 months for which they were required to declare a relationship.

Meanwhile a Chinese study was published in the Lancet that used a placebo controlled study and concluded that Tremdesivir "was utterly ineffective at keeping hospitalizedd patients alive or reducing the duration of hospitalizations. Even more importantly, Remdesivir  did reduce the presence of the virus in the blood. 


Worst of all, the Chines study confirmed Remdesivir's toxicity. The Chinese regulators and researchers shuttered that trial because of potentially lethal side effects. Remdesivir caused serious injuries in 12% of the patients, compared to 5% in the placebo group."

This study was peer reviewed and conducted with double blind, placebo controlled meanwhile Fauci's was not peer reviewed and its details not disclosed.

How was Fauci going to save his drug Remdesivir?
He announced at a press meeting with Debora Birx and Trump that there was positive news about Remdesivir. Lying through his teeth he claimed that the medium time for hospitalization was 11 days vs 15 days for others.
With that he unblinded and ended the study and declared Remdesivir the standard of care for Covid.
May 1 the FDA granted EUA for a Covid drug.

"Fauci sponsored the clinical trial whose detailed results were not subject to peer review he demanded for drugs he regarded as rivals, like Hydroxychloroquine, and Ivermectin.

By making it the Standard of Care Medicaid and Insurance companies could not  legally deny it to patients.
Improving Gilead's business even more, doctors and hospitals that failed to use Remdesivir could be sued for malpractice.

Gates said something quite odd when asked what therapeutic treatment he would ask for. Of course he said Remdesivir since he had a large financial stake in it.
"Sadly the clinical trials in the U.S. have been so chaotic that the actual proven effectiveness is kind of small. Potentially the effect is much larger than that. It's insane how confused the trials here in the U.S. have been."

October 19, 2020 three days before the FDDA approved Remdesivir, the WHO  published a definative study- a really big study- Remdesivir failed to reduce mortality and failed to reduce the need for ventilators or the length of hospital stays. The WHO found no detectable benefits from Remdesivir and recommended against its use in Covid-19 patients.

On July 15, 2021, a large John Hopkins study in Original Investigations/ Infectious Disease once again confirmed that "Remdesivir treatment was not associated with improved survival but was associated with Longer hospital stays.

Part of the problem assessing Remdesivir's impact on hospitalized Covid -19 patients is difficult because the because like Covid Remdesivir causes extreme toxicity  to lungs and kidneys and mimics several other of the other lethal symptoms of Covid including multi-organ failure.
Fauci's Ebola study proved that Remdesivir. by day 3, 4 and 5 cause acute kidney filure in upwards of 31 % of patients.  That would explain the sudden need for dialysis machines.

We have some weirdness. In the book "The Real Anthony Fauci" the issue of Hydroxychloroquine is brought up. As we know during the plademic there was lots of censorship and Goog was a master class act.

There was something more going on.

Robert Redfield, former CDC director [March 26, 2018] has a new book out.

He is more than a vaccine enthusiasts- which may account for his sudden nomination as CDC director.
We have heard of the various table top exercises.

He "knows" that there is another plandemic planned for us and the only option is more jabs.

The agency knew what to do, and we had plans on paper. Within a few months of becoming director, I began practicing our response. I brought hundreds of people to Atlanta from around the country and the world. I created scenarios and taught people how to respond. In one of those exercises, for example, we claimed that a new potentially lethal flu virus was spreading rapidly. We put the participants in positions of power. How would they respond? What steps would they take, and in what order, to prevent infection? We did this to try to find out if there were holes in our program.

They discovered something quite interesting. The needles came from China. The syringes came from China. And. they. did. nothing.

He was then invited to Clade X table top exercise.

Now here is where there is some weirdness. 

"The National  Security Agency had a pandemic team with a strong knowledge of infectious diseases."
"We tried to create channels that cut through existing red tape to make it easier to rapidly communicate information."

"John Bolton disbanded that team as part of an NSC reorganization. There was no real explanation."

Throwing the budget under the bus, Redfield claims that "That there was a general deemphasis on the importance of intelligence as part of our overall global security efforts. Several CDC biosecurity programs had been decreased or even shut down. Among those countries in which staffing had been reduced was China." The very country that manufactures the bulk of our pharmaceuticals.

Giving Redfield some credit here but he felt this was a serious mistake. This is 2018.
He reversed this decision but he encountered the problem of how to pay for this. 
"On spreadsheets the CDC was well funded. Congress understood the importance of our role and gave us billions of dollars."

Shock and awe- checking in with the CFO he was told he had no budget. As it turned out "there was no overall CDC budget."
"There was no director's discretionary funds."
"70 % of the CDC funding that they get from Congress goes out to state, territorial, and tribal health departments.
Incredibly, the CDC director had no direct access to money needed to respond to emergencies."

Here's where the problem lies-
He had to go to the CDC Foundation, where private donations were made.- "I wasn't aware of any government agency so reliant on an independent group for money. "

Congressman Tom Cole and Senator Roy Blunt led the fight and finally got $40 million for a rapid response fund.
Over time the fund increased to almost $350 million. Funny how that works. "When the Covid-19 pandemic began, we were able to immediately start designing a response."

So what happened to the staffing in China  Why was China still allowed to retain control over pharmaceuticals

 
When Redfield was notified by the Chinese CDC head George Gao  that there was a problem he offered to send 20-30 people from the CDC to "get a handle on this."
Obviously this was never going to happen. Page 62.

Throughout this book he has beaten the drum that we are not prepared for the next one.

In fact it appears that the system was left broken by design, which allowed for the disastrous response.
