Here's an example. Chinese citizen Danhong "Jean" Chen had a green card and was operating an immigration practice with her ex Jianyun "Tony" Ye.  The company Golden State Regional Center, an EB-5 visa company took in $52 million from investors and would-be green card recipients from China.

Now the rules of the game is that she can not vote but nothing stops her from making significant political campaign contributions. From 2014 and 2016 she donated $294,300 into campaign races for Democrats.

This is weird-

"Another $449,052 was donated from her law firm's address by various people unaffiliated with the law firm".

No one knows who these people were.

It gets more twisted if that is possible.
Chinese business men could not make donations but   "but these businessmen can invest in our company and become our shareholders. We can then arrange for them to meet with the president, congresspeople,  etc. Donation is definitely necessary. Our company can do that and it is legal."

It is not a stretch of the imagination that these green card holders are still under the control of the CCP. After all it's most curious that China would even allow wealthy people to invest large sums in the U.S. and what's better than have them here where they can make donations to the political candidate of CCP's choice.

An investigation by the Los Angeles Times discovered that those contributions were highly questionable, given that many were coming from Chinese visa holders making just $500 a week."

What was discovered that these donations were coming at the direction of the Chinese neighborhood associations, "including one that was a descendent of Chinatown criminal enterprises that engaged in gambling and human trafficking."

Not surprising that these "donors' didn't speak English.

This is bogus. "The Federal Election Committee, which oversees campaign donations, does not have the resources to check the nationalities of contributors. They rely on the campaigns themselves to vouch for the legality and the source of the money.

Since we're dealing with Clinton here- "Billionaire Wang Wenliang, a Chinese national who served in the CCP governing parliament, gave $2 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2013. He controls a company that gave $120,000 to Democratic governor Terry McAuliffe starting the same year."

The Wanxiang Group- Wanxiang American Division.

This Chinese- based conglomerate was founded by Lu Guanqiu, who has close ties to the CCP.
The U.S. division is run by his son-in-law Pin Ni. Both Pin Ji and his wife Weidi Lu are massive donors to American political campaigns despite being ineligible to vote."

"The founder's son-in-law and daughter are politically active in the United States, advancing the interests of China. Wanxiang, under Ni's leadership, has funded China's controversial Confucius Classrooms in Chicago's public schools."

During the Biden administration Ni had presidential level access to the White House, donating here, there and everywhere.

Obviously they would want to be located in strategic locations like near military bases, government facilities and critical infrastructure.

This is absurd- the San Diego FBI Field Office was constructed in part by Chinese EB-5 funding- to the tune of $40 million.
What is unique with this office is that it's the only one where the regional computer forensics lab is located in the FBI building itself.
"The concern is that the Chinese investors would have been 'privy to the architectural plans, construction specifications, and the site's communication infrastructure such as phone and internet networks."

The EB-5 program also provides a back channel in case the United States restricts other means of gaining residence in the U.S."
