Next up in the cast of characters around all of this is non other than Alejandro Mayorkas.

He followed his marching orders and went to visit the California Citizehsip and Immigration Service.

How dare they! - they were reviewing citizenship and Visa applications and pursuing fraud detection capabilities.
"Mayorkas told them to stop focusing on fraud "But look at the petitions from the perspective of the customer[migrant].  Fraud specialists were told to no longer focus on high-risk applications.

Employees who resisted were reportedly transferred involunatrily to other assignments.
The result was a 30% reduction in denial of applicants over 12 months, from August 200- August 2010."

On and on it goes-
"Some immigration officers were required to approve specific cases against their will or cases were reassigned."

Amazing, or rather not really that once again the DOJ investigated but no charges were made.

"The White House pushed the INS to randomize required background checks for citizenship applicants, instead opted for a lean and light procedure to speed up the process."

The White House task force sent out letters to green card holders to encourage them to apply for citizenship. Knowing someone going through the process at the time, they did not receive such a letter but then again they didn't fit the model.

The task force was co-chaired by WH Domestic Policy Advisor Cecilia Munoz- previously VP of the National Council for La Raza [Race]. La Raza members were also serving as advisors to the Mexican Foreign Ministry.

"They directed the INS to pull resources from its Electronic Immigration System , a computerized system to conduct national security and criminal background checks and instead send letters to 9 million green card holders urging them to naturalized before the 2026 election."

The cost for the citizenship application was $680 which we the taxpayer paid.
Meanwhile "Mexican authorities were happy to pay their own citizens to apply for U.S citizenship."

His administration further simplified the naturalization process. The test was reduced from a 128 question pool with 20 questions selected and a pass score of 60% to 100 questions with 10 questions selected.
Now the test was no longer oral, which was used to determine English fluency and it was made into a multiple choice test taken on a tablet.
"They also shortened the medical form that allowed immigrants to claim disabilities and disability benefits."
I'm surprised they didn't give them the questions and answers in advance.

"I Speak Of" is written on the back wall. He seems to focus on the word "of", which is in Melinda's book title.

The woman in white looks like a mummy, something that Melinda talked about in her first book-
