Second Continental Congress: February 13, 1776 - The American Founding

 Two new Committees are created and four existing Committees deliver reports. The committee to prepare an Address to the Inhabitants of these Colonies brought in a draft which was read and “Ordered, To lie on the table.” The main point of James Wilson’s Draft is to deny the claim by King and Parliament that Independence is the aim of the colonists. Yet the draft ends by preparing them for the possibility of independence: “That the Colonies may continue connected, as they have been, with Britain is our second Wish: Our first is–That America may be free.” John Adams’s position is to “preserve the Union.” Thomas Nelson remarks that “Independence, Confederation & foreign alliance are as formidable to some of the Congress, I fear to a majority.” These subjects have been but gently “touched upon.”  But they should be!  John Adams is more in tune with Patrick Henry than with John Dickinson.

To help preserve and develop the Latino community by providing appropriate resources which promote self-sufficiency and leadership.
La Raza Community Resource Center is a bilingual, multi-service, non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the social service, employment, educational, and leadership development needs of low-income families and individuals. Serving the community for 40 years, our primary focus is to address the unmet needs of Latino immigrants.
The majority of La Raza participants are Spanish-speaking families and individuals of all ages, living in the Mission District of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, but we serve a diverse body of individuals from the vast and various ethnic groups in the community. The agency provides city wide services, and is located in Centro Del Pueblo, a newly renovated facility that houses several non-profit agencies.

Both of these groups were weaponized under Obama, and it continued until people like us, Conspiracy Minded Folks, started drawing attention to some of their actions and behaviors. 

The models established by these groups is what we are seeing used today by the same people that are pushing the scams and "instant community groups (ICG)" when ever something happens so that antifa and their sister groups can move in and use the ICG as human shields.

Back to the book "The Invisible Coup" by Peter Schweizer.

We are now reviewing China. Most I imagine are aware of the birthright citizenship issue which China has exploited to the max. It appears that other countries like Russia are now starting to follow the business model.

We have serious problems with the U.S territory of Saipan in the Pacific. "More than 70% of newborns in Saipan have PRC birth tourist parents who utilized the territory's 45 day visa-free visitation rules and the Covenant of the Northern Mariana Islands to guarantee that there children will have U.S. citizenship."

I'm not in the least surprised that the government is not tracking birth tourism; but some of the estimates are alarming. "birth tourism may result in millions of new elite Chinese- Americans" who will be able to vote, even though they have been raised in China and indoctrinated with anti American views.

A big issue is that they are able to relocate to any state and be in place before the next presidential election.

"When they are 21 they can sponsor their parents to come here, too, as permanent residents."

Obviously alarm bells were going off but the Obama administration encouraged this practice.

Page 86. "Birth tourism exploded under President Barack Obama's tenure because his administration made it more accessible, according to a U.S. Senate report. The Obama administration instructed consular officers "not to deny visa applicants solely because they planned to travel to the United States to obtain citizenship for their child." Obama made it so Chinese birth tourists did not even need to lie on their visa applications. The change also made it harder to prosecute visa fraud cases involving birth tourism."

"The notorious drug lord Joaquin "El Chap" Guzman of the Sinaloa Cartel, sent his wife Emma Coronel to Los Angeles so that his twin daughters would be born in America. and thereby be granted U.S. citizenship."

"Birth tourists are able to help that child avoid the scrutiny, standards, and procedures that he or she would normally undergo if he or she sought to become a U.S citizen through naturalization."

Most of these women are the elite, "CCP members, senior officials of intelligence agencies and government ministers."

Another rather twisted form of birthright citizenship is the "widespread use of surrogate mothers in the U.S to carry the children of CCP officials. These officials then collect the children at birth and raise them back in China."

Weirdly they prefer blond, blue eyed women.

Oh no not another one. Once again we have someone who works in a foreign government but is living here. This time it's Guojun Xuan- "he has served decades as a deputy of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Regional People's Congress, a branch of the Chinese government's National People's Congress. In the U.S. he serves in senior leadership positions of several organizations controlled  by the CCP and Chinese intelligence services called the United Front Work and Commerce, which he serves on the executive committee."

It appears he was committed to surrogacy project. In 2025 he was found to have 15 children living at his mansion [California] from 2 months to 13 years old.  "Surrogates often were unaware that others were carrying children for the same couple at the same time."

The magnitude of the issue- "There are 107 companies with the word surogacy in the name in the state [California], all owned by Chinese individuals. In China, IVF treatments in the U.S. have been incorporated into the government's Belt & Road Initiative."

The business is mostly unregulated.

What is really weird is that China does not permit surrogacy in their own country, except in military hospitals. Page 81.

Children born to surrogates are granted U.S citizenship., that would include the egg donation from a Chinese woman and the sperm from a Chinese man implanted in a white woman, [their preference].

If the baby has a health issue the Chinese clients will disappear.

What else has Obama done to boost birth tourism

"In November 2014, the Obama administration made Chinese birth tourism even easier when President Obama announced a ten year reciprocal agreement with China. Before the agreement. Visas issued to Chinese citizens to visit the U.S. were valid for only one year and required an annual interview for renewal. With the ten- year multi-entry visas, Chinese nationals could shuttle back and forth, giving birth to multiple children in the U.S. without even having a single interview."

These Chinese women were using the California hospitals- now we are talking about wealthy, elite women. They were encouraged to plead poverty so an not to have to pay any medical expenses or very reduced costs. In fact some of them just skipped out paying altogether.
"Chinese birth tourism companies tout the fact that the Southern California hospital they use, like 'Fountain Valley Regional Center, have 'Chinese doctors and bilingual nursing staff to provide you with comprehensive care." "More than 400 Chinese babies were born in one Orange County medical facility over 2 years, costing the hospital nearly $1 million in lost revenue."

"What is perhaps America's most mysterious and corrupt immigration program was the brainchild of a Chinese spy."

The Employment-Based Fifth Preference [EB 5] investor program. This involves a foreigner  person to invest $1.05 million and create 10 jobs. Then that person is granted a green card, and then can sponsor the entire family.

Here's where the problem happened.
"A small, simple section inserted into an American immigration bill launched a program that opened the flood gates, allowing wealthy and connected foreign nationals to buy their way into the U.S. Less obvious- but also by Chinese design- was that this created a gateway for Chinese and other foreign nationals to donate [legally] vast sums to American political campaigns.
"95% of EB-5 applicants come from China."

This program was created by a Chinese- American named Maria Hsia. 

Here's some back ground information on her. She came from Taiwan on a student visa in 1973. She settled in LA and launched the Pacific Leadership Council [PLC] with some other immigrants, including John Huang. PLC started donating very large sums of money to U.S. politicians, quickly forging ties to powerful American politicians like senators Al Gore, Alan Cranston, Harry Reid, Mel Levine and Howard Berman."

"The Lippo Group was based in Indonesia but had deep had deep ties to China."

So at a fund raiser held at James Riady's Los Angeles home in April 1988. $110,000 was raised but the donors didn't have enough money. so Lippo Bank supplemented this and "They funneled money to key lawmakers, including Senator Al Gore, Paul Simon, and Tom Daschle."

Hsia advocated for creatin EB-5 visa category and she now had access to key people in government who would pass the bill.
"Her ties to Asian and Chinese financiers and her role in in drafting provisions of the bill raised suspicions about the program's purpose and implications."

Not only do we have birth tourism, but now we have a "significant amount of permanent residents of the U.S. living in China."President George Bush's brother, Prescott sat on the board of American Immigration Services, one of the leading EB-5 visa vendors.

"Willie Brown of San Francisco, Richard Daley of Chicago started peddling EB-5 visas to foreign investors."

"Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi lobbied for a big project funded with Eb-5 money and run by Lennar to redevelop decommissioned military bases in the Bay area. Her nephew, Laurence Pelosi, was Lennar's director of acquisitions."

Willie Brown left politics and opened an EB-5 visa firm called Platinum Advisors. He then hired Douglas Boxer, son of former senator Barbara Boxer, as a lobbyist for the project."
