And just like that without any proof of widespread fraud (it's mostly bookkeeping issues that are now fixed) Trump freezes daycare funds and hurts the people who need it. (Not sure I'm reading the news correctly, it says he froze 'all' states daycare funding until they provide proof there is no fraud.)
