Already we're seeing blow-back from Trump's race-baiting. Does this sound like some crazy right-winger vigilante breaking in to try and "uncover the truth", ala Pizzagate? The sad thing is, with these employee and business records being stolen, the business owners are prevented from using them as evidence of their innocence and legitimacy. So doubts will still remain, which may have been the plan all along.
I think we're all savvy enough to be able to see though these games by now.
Should we stop investigating the Mafia because they are all Italians?

That's so racist. Fortunately, Chat-GPT has been programmed to correct such prejudice:
>> are the Mafia all Italians?
No.
- "Mafia" originally refers to criminal organizations that emerged in Sicily and southern Italy (e.g., Sicilian Mafia/Cosa Nostra, Camorra, ’Ndrangheta), which are ethnically Italian in origin.
- Organized-crime groups with the label “mafia” or similar structures exist worldwide and include many ethnicities (e.g., Russian mafia, Albanian mafia, Serbian organized crime, Mexican cartels, Chinese triads, Japanese yakuza, Irish mob, American Mafia which historically had many Italian members but now includes other backgrounds).
- Even within the American Mafia (La Cosa Nostra), membership historically required Italian descent, but those organizations interact with—and have members from—other ethnic criminal groups.
- Modern organized crime is multinational and multiethnic; ethnicity is not a defining requirement across all groups called “mafia.”

Quote:DOJ Has Charged Nearly 100 People in Minnesota Fraud Scandal; 85 of Somali DescentAG Pam Bondi credited independent journalist Nick Shirley for posting a video on X showing ‘Americans the scale of fraud’ in Minnesota.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Dec. 29 that the Department of Justice has been investigating Minnesota’s recently exposed fraud for months and that nearly 100 individuals have been charged since 2022, 85 of whom are of Somali descent.
Bondi credited independent journalist Nick Shirley for posting a video that reported $110 million of alleged and proven fraud. In the video, which has garnered more than 132 million views on X, Shirley knocks on doors at Somali-owned day cares and autism and health care businesses in Minnesota. The attorney general said that more than 60 individuals have already been found guilty in court.
“[Shirley’s] work has helped show Americans the scale of fraud in Tim Walz’s Minnesota,” Bondi posted on X, adding that more prosecutions are coming.Bondi said the DOJ, along with U.S. Attorney General for Minnesota Daniel Rosen, has been working to build cases against the alleged fraudsters. Rosen was appointed to his position in October.
She said her agency has also worked closely with other federal partners, such as Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Housing and Urban Development Secretary Scott Turner, and Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, on the prosecutions.

I like how Biden's DOJ gets 50+ convictions, but Trumps doj gives Shirley the credit.
Clarifying that all the current hype is politically motivated noise to smear Walz.
