Also those fortified cereals are packed with GMOs and sugar, so not a great choice for B12.

Not well researched much?
It's you that hasn't researched I don't eat cereal and still get my b12 from natural sources and as for the link Lol

Btw please educate me as to what is the amino acid that's found in meat that we humans need and can't get from the vegetable kingdom. If you can answer that then I will post my ideas...,

From our friends at the Google... "While many vegans meet their overall protein needs, some may struggle to get enough of certain essential amino acids, specifically lysine and leucine."

And also from the wonderful Google... "Insufficient intake of lysine and leucine can negatively impact brain chemistry, potentially leading to cognitive impairment and behavioral changes. These amino acids are essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, which play a crucial role in brain function. A deficiency can result in neurotransmitter imbalances, affecting mood, behavior, and learning."

You are basing your knowledge only on your own health situation while not encompassing others' health issues, age, etc.

My doctor advised me to start eating red meat, and in addition to that I would have to take B12 supplements for the rest of my life. I didn't want to give up being a vegan, I had to give up being a vegan for my particular health issues.

So far you are generalizing.

There you go generalizing again.

Not too mention the human intestinal tract proves we are not meat eaters as carnivores and True omnivores have shorter intestinal tracts compared to humans. 6 times the torso compared to the human 12 times the torso which is indicative of being a non meat eater

Our larger brain is an energy hog. We have to have slightly different biology than less cephalous species.

Fruits are high energy packed foods and I am done. Mountain gorillas may indeed eat dead babies but it's not for nutritional gain.
