Germany had quite draconian mandates for the medical intervention. I am thinking is this the result in an already primed population. It was found that after the vaccine the heart basically stopped using free fatty acids to get its energy, and switched to glucose instead. The survival rate of myocarditis and pericarditis patients is pretty well known. So it isn't surprising that we should see elevated heart deaths.
