Scottish Girl gonna' start a revolution!

How was the video that was supposed to be evidence end up getting posted and creating the viral mess instead of ending up with the police as evidence?

It is police evidence, hence the charge.

As to how, ask YouTube, because that's what tends to happen to videos that go viral.

So that's witness statements.

Video evidence.

Plus additional CCTV.

It's not looking good for her, you get that right?

Johnnie Cochran could not beat that evidence, even if he were still alive.

Like I posted before.

And you can be charged with the same charge as the young girl if you are just caught carrying the hatchet.  Without causing chaos.  And the kitchen knife if you can’t prove you had a reason to carry it.

Is that a false statement.

She was seen 'brandishing' an offensive weapon (waving it around in a threatening manner) by a member of the public. The police attended the scene BECAUSE of a report of someone seen 'waving/brandishing/revealing' a weapon in a public place.  She wasn't arrested and searched and THEN the police found the weapons.

But both of those situations could lead to being prosecuted for possession.

You are simply babbling now.

The video is evidence.

Again, deal with the facts, and our rule of law, anything else is simply beside the point.

Fixed it.  You should be happy now.

You assured everyone the man was following and filming the girls as evidence.  And yet how does the video end up being posted online instead of being handed over to law enforcement.  Where if the video was handed over and not posted online, there wouldn’t be this viral mess.  It’s  pretty simple.

About as clear as mud.

Im beginning to ponder you're more upset about this whole mess than that wee lassie and her crew.

There £30,000 up in crowdfunding, so there is that.... LoL

What a world.

Yes. The police are only charging her with possession. Because she was seen/recorded 'waving/brandishing' it with intent, they could of possibly charged her with other offenses.  If this is a first offence matter, she's likely been charged with a 'lesser' crime.
