But that's not going to happen.

She will have to attend a children's panel.

Where she will most likely receive a mere warning.

Which has nothing to do with the girl was actually charged with carrying an offensive weapon and has nothing to do with brandishing.

I dont know every gang though but I know every North American one. Maybe look for bulgarian gang tattoos depicting it. The only thing ive seen on his neck is a cross. Maybe he's an ex member of the Spanish inquisition no one expects the Spanish inquisition

As for kid bashing i highly doubt he crippled some little girl in broad daylight and was simply let go. Law enforcement would 100% check for marks on those occasions. After securing the scene of course.

One more thing I just thought of, how do you know its a picture of him if youre looking at the back of his neck? I hope its a reputable source.

I've beeh trying to find the photograph again. It was one of three uploaded from his Facebook page. It did cross my mind that it could have been added in. It didn't look gang related, it was a rifle.

This incident shows how fed up locals are with what appears to be an endless influx of migrants. It is more apparent and less easy to hide in the smaller towns.

Back in the day the UK voted for Brexit due to the immigration policies but it didn't change anything. The wave of immigrants continues unabated. It would be the same here in Scotland had we voted for independence.

Here in East Kilbride we have a lot of Nigerian immigrants but there have been no issues that I'm aware of. It does affect the availability of council houses for people though.

The people of smaller towns should drum their local politicians out of office. They are the real problem.

So weird.

Please post your evidence that he was seen following the teenagers?? As there was evidence from a shop surveillance video and the video recorded by the Bulgarian, which was used to arrest the young girl 'brandishing' the axe and knife.
You seem unable to except the fact that he could of done both things with the video!?!?  The Police could have taken a copy of his video, and he could then have decided to post the video.
As far as I'm aware, it isn't against the law to record video in public places, but Newspapers and the like aren't usually allowed to show or name minors who have committed a crime.

The video shows her brandishing a large knife and axe.

Good luck debunking the actual facts recoded for everyone to see.

Including the children's panel.

And still has nothing to do with..

The law she was charged with with is possessing an offensive weapon.  Where if law enforcement found out you carried an every day knife or a hatchet for selfdefense, you can be charge with possessing an offensive weapon

There is no needing to brandish or threatening to be charged.  Just carrying the hatchet for self defense will get you the same charge as the girl.  Is that a false statement.

If she has no previous, I imagine she will have been taken down the station, been put in a cell till her parents arrived, then questioned, given a firm talking to and released. Otherwise just as you've said.

What she was charged with was carrying two offensive weapons.

What she did with them is recorded and evidence.

You can't carry a hatchet for self-defense here in Scotland, that's against the law, and kitchen knives also.

You have only been told this about 200 times now and refuse to accept the facts.

The problem is on your end WallFlowerActive, i think that's plainly evident to all.

I do agree with this but then we'd end up with a dictator or god forbid, the King gets his power back, and none us want that, no matter how much of an attraction to foreign holidaymakers they are!!!
 Lol Lol Lol

Carrying an offensive weapon is criminal here in the UK, brandished or not. I think if the blade is under three inches then, if you have a valid reason, you might be good to go. Like a penknife perhaps.

Think the authorities have moved it along to the children's panel stage.

As long as they turn up clean and don't act like complete and utter nobs or Gammon.

She will most likely receive a warning.

If they act like ar@eholes, the panel will most likely involve social work.
