Thought there was some pretty intriguing reading below about the reality of satellite/airborne military holographic capabilities (and psychological warfare operations) but for folks who are interested in the subject matter suppose it's best to get Serge Monast's claims about Project Bluebeam out of the way first.
Project Bluebeam:
Quote:The urban legend about an alleged Project Bluebeam has been traced to the writings of French journalist, Serge Monast in the mid-’90s – who died of a heart attack while investigating the story, despite lacking a history of heart disease.
Evidence of US government experiments in giant sky holograms, specifically referring to Project Bluebeam have been covered on mainstream television. In the early 2000s, Sci-Fi authors Chris and Janet Morris, consultants in non-lethal weapons technology for a Washington DC Think Tank, claim that giant projections of Angels, Devils or UFOs would not require any new breakthroughs in science and could be used on the battlefield, to scare the enemy (as long as they believed these projections were real) They go further, to claim that tests of such psychological operations have been done at the Army’s Electronic Proving Ground at Fort Huachuca, in Arizona, near the Mexican border.

Like it says in the (pretty great) episode of the Corbett Report below, the only info we have about PBB sources back to just one French Canadian journalist but Corbett also covers some really interesting info about the USAF's 'Airborne Holographic Projector' and 'touchable' hologram technology.
• How To Fake An Alien Invasion
In the vid below Vallee also discusses Whitehouse plans (uncovered during the Watergate investigations) which involved submarines 'painting holograms' in the skies over Cuba.
See 5:50
Don't know if anyone remembers this old March 2003 Fate Magazine article but it gives more info on the USAF division and relates some incredibly strange events from Cuba in 1982 and from around an Argentinian Naval base in 2000.
The 'Holograms And High Strangeness' piece by Scott Corales used to be freely available on PDF file but it now appears every copy of it has been removed from the internet.
Quote:The potential tactical benefits of holograms are certainly promising and understandable. Imagine if it were possible to beam the image of some religious figure, or fully believable ghosts, goblins, and other assorted creatures for that matter at the enemy, and the confusion, panic and fear this would cause..

The Corales piece was quite a thought provoking article and also mentioned the March 31st, 1997 'Defense Week' report describing the creation of an entire (unnamed) USAF division dealing with psychological operations and 3D holographic projections.
Such things as projecting 'the face of an angry God' over the battlefield were discussed and apparently the division was headed by Lt Col Jimmy Miyamoto (and their operating code is AF/XOIOW).
Also mentioned is a 1999 WP article describing official USAF 'SPM' research programmes involved with projecting images from space.
• Holograms and the World of the Weird.
Quote:In a 1994 article of Defense Week, there was also talk of the Pentagon engaging in experiments with so-called “futurewar” tactics, such as computer warfare and holograms for military purposes. The article mentioned that the military had been considering holograms for inclusion as a non-lethal form of combat and that there were various “black projects” pursuing this.
In 1999 there was also a Washington Post report on the US Air Force’s research program to develop a holographic projector as an instrument of psychological warfare, also called “strategic perception management,” which would be used to “project information power from space… for special operations deception missions.” There has been some conspiracy speculation that this is precisely the reason why the U.S. has so many satellites in space; for the purpose of creating a sort of 3D projection system by beaming images off of each other to create realistic 360 degree illusions, essentially an enormous 3D theater, with some even suggesting the possibility for technology enabling the recreation of physical sensations to flesh out the detail, such as sound, light, heat, and even smell. One 1999 Air Force Manual purportedly writes of the device thus:
The holograph projector plays a three-dimensional visual image in a desired location, removed from a display generator. The projector can be used for psychological operations and strategic perception management. It is also useful for optical deception, and cloaking, providing a momentary distraction when engaging an unsophisticated adversary. And it has capabilities for precision projection of three-dimensional visual images into a selected area. Supports Psy-Op and strategic deception management and provides deception and cloaking against optical centers.

God knows what's in the pipeline running up to 2030 but these days holographic tech is insanely impressive and am sure there's plenty we don't know about black budget satellite capabilities as it's estimated that even back in 2009 the black budget for the US DOD was around $50 billion.
Also, if Bill Sweetman's articles in Jane’s International Defence Review are to be believed then the security fraction of the total budget for these 'deep black' SAPs can approach 50%.
Anyway would appreciate any thoughts on the subject or posted content.

Here’s the thing…
In the US, were armed to the teeth, have drones, various cameras, etc. that are all in the hands of the citizenry.
Someone would shoot at it, send up drones, do all kinds of things that could fairly easily show these holographic images that are just that - images.
Something tells me a “Project Bluebeam” idea would be incredibly hard to pull off these days.

Mighty fine point mate but did you not catch that Corbett piece regarding 'touchable' holo tech (from 40:50)? Pretty crazy stuff which I don't pretend to understand but apparently it involves femtosecond laser induced plasmoids.
If this is in the public domain now then god knows what they've been cooking up in deep black DUMB projects and unlimited budget DARPA labs over the decades.
Some folks speculate that the (literally) underground Military research complex is 20 years ahead of what we currently have now although I'd wager that figure is rather conservative.
Touchable holotech.
Quote:• "Up until now holography has been for the eyes only. If you tried it touch it, your hand would go right through, but now we have the technology that also adds the sensation of touch to holograms.”

That Corbett vid also discusses Dr Persinger's work on 'carefully programmed electromagnetic frequencies which can tap into individual brains' and beaming 'disturbing frequencies directly into the mind'.
Apparently ' you can make entire populations think and decide in the manner of which you wish' and here he is discussing the mass production of 'fundamental fear' - he also reckons the implications of such an Orwellian scenario are 'chillingly real'.
Quote:• 'Suppose you generate a field that produces fear, fundamental fear, in large numbers of people and then over the television or in traditional ways you say 'The reason we’re having this fear is because of this particular group.' so now you start to move the population, believing in a direction that you wish.”
Dr Michael Persinger, Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience.
Suppose if a group of people suddenly experience the onset of absolute 'fundamental fear' then all curiosity goes straight out the window and the main priority then becomes 'running for the hills'.
Quote:• "To influence 250 million people, the equivalent of the entire population of the United States, may not be that difficult. According to Dr. Persinger we already have the technology, satellites and television and radio transmitters. Mind control may already be happening. We know the mysterious psyops plane can beam persuasive sounds and pictures into people’s television sets. Will it someday beam disturbing frequencies directly into the mind.”

Have actually read quite a few cryptid (and UFO) reports where witnesses describe suddenly being overcome by an intensely visceral 'primal fear' so it certainly makes one wonder - the Oz factor is also extremely freaky (and widely reported) and could well be the product of some sort of technology.

Hi mate thanks for the post and that's the last link address I had for the file but (for me) now it just says 'site under maintenance' (Sito Web In Manutenzione) - no results on searching metadata at Archive.org either. :(
Truly appreciate the input though and for what it's worth I do very much 'believe' there are actual unknown objects flying around leaving physical trace evidence, causing EM/physiological effects etc..
Suppose the reason I posted the thread was to explore just how plausible this sat Holo tech could be as I reckon it's important to explore every option - don't know about specific agendas but I'm sure deception (and imitation) plays a huge role in military intelligence shenanigans.
As well as that full Corbett report also thought there was some great historical research below from Curt Collins and Claude Falkstrom.
Alien Attack Unites Humanity
Regarding UFO origin and satellite capabilities also thought John Schuessler raised an important point below - especially considering the billions and billions (and billions) poured down the black budget rabbit hole over the decades.
Quote:• "The curves are all swinging upward fairly rapidly. So we look at what we know about the technology we are using for surveillance, just the USA, not other countries, what we do and what we know and the kind of surveillance we can do.
There is no doubt in my mind that today if not many times over the past fifty years we have had the surveillance capabilities to completely monitor the activities of certain UFO flights –and know exactly when they’re going, where they’re going, how they’re going, where they appear form and leave to, all the characteristics about them – we have radar based devices that will not only show the distance, direction and azimuth of an object and all that but will also how shape. We have devices the army has developed for tracking projectiles – they check the acoustic wave and when something crosses over they can immediately track that data and go back to the source. That’s how they track where a mortar is or a howitzer. We can use that same technology – and its portable – for tracking UFOs.
I don’t believe any of these things fly over our country today without being known and if somebody wanted the UFO mystery to completely disappear they could in five minutes release enough data to show exactly what’s going on and is not going on."
John F. Schuessler, Executive Director of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network)

Interesting potential case from Talavera la Real Military base in Spain on November 12th, 1976 where three soldiers on guard duty ' came face-to-face with a towering, luminous figure that appeared and vanished in an instant'.
Extremely high pitched whistling sound and 'luminous rod' in the sky also reported just prior to the encounter.

I can totally see this type of tech being developed and used for psychological warfare reasons. I would imagine that to do so you would need to pretty much cover the globe with a mesh-network of satellites.
If we only had such a blanket of satellites in orbit... hmmm... (sarcasm)

Having experienced both types of fear, it's not the same and the body doesn't respond the same way. That is experiencing primal fear from being face to face with a wild beast and "primal fear" from something other. Wild beasts, guns, car accidents and just being dumb (experience all these), none of it comes close to SP..poltergeists or aliens or whatever it is we are dealing with.
Where the Oz factor is concerned, it's an actual messing with the natural order. Sadly the witches on the forum is staying silent(in general), but they would attest to the unnatural state that happens during spells and rituals especially during a summoning. Not sure where the taboo is, but I'm not a witch.
BUT, ja, I do think we can be messed with and I remember the CIA or someone even saying an adversary has the technology. My thread from earlier today could explain some of the mechanisms Magnetoreception

Ha yes well said and maybe very interesting times ahead.
Could be wrong but when it comes to certain tech I'd wager that whatever the general public are aware of in the 'white/grey' world is decades behind whatever has been accomplished in the 'black' - especially regarding multiple orbit, highly manoeuvrable satellite fleets and agencies like the NRO.
Great point well taken though.
