Unfortunately, this isn't the disclosure we deserve but it is the disclosure process we have. It will likely be chaotic and likely full of disinformation, hoaxes, and lies

Austin says some incidents aren't easily explained, when was the last time a SoD admitted that nugget.

None of that eliminates that it all is just them trying to hide black projects, but it leaves the door open to what-ifs.

It is hard to fathom if these incidences have been occurring since the 40s and TPTB has no clue. That in itself would be concerning but it could be the rationale for the cover-up and disinformation program.
