I don't see where it states that the VA will provide claims and health coverage for any of this. All those documents say is that the DoD will investigate AHIs. Not to be a dobby downer, but the Agent Orange Exposure issue on the island of Okinawa is currently denied by the VA even though both the court system and the DoD acknowledges that Agent Orange was used all the way up till at least 2012, and is still currently being stored there.
