We may not know all the verified facts until it goes to court. Nick Reiner just hired an expensive, famous and high-profile attorney (Allan Jackson). How can he afford that? Does that attorney think he has a case to defend Nick? Tracey Reiner seems to have spoken to a reporter saying that Rob and Michelle Reiner's Will had Nick receiving a larger portion of the estate in their Will because they decided that he would need more help in life, but I can't prove that is true. In the Will, Tracey also said the wording was such that Nick would receive that share of the estate 'no matter what happens'.
I'm wondering if the psychiatric experts misdiagnosed him or that the existing rehab programs are a one size fits all, which doesn't seem to be the right approach as is seen with Nick either not wanting to stop taking drugs but being forced to, or the program's inability to help Nick really have the desire to get off drugs. If someone does not want to stop taking drugs why put them in rehab to begin with - what do you do with troubled people like that? I can't imagine what Rob and Michelle were going through trying to help Nick when Nick didn't want to be helped. People are saying others 'suspected' Nick of having mental health issues. Would the mental health experts not have assessed his mental health issues while in rehab?
