If it's  "a new type of propulsion" , he had better have some sort of better description.

If it's just an action/reaction (Newtonian) advancement, I'm not expecting much..

And If it is a non-Newtonian form of propulsion, I expect some peer-reviewed detailed breakdown on how it squares with currently known physics..

It is one possibility worth considering for where this machine came from. Just how far ahead is this break away civilization if so? Taking ET home? Wrapped up in the political situation on the dark side of the moon?

If the TIC TAC is ours, they will never disclose the propulsion system anytime soon... 

If I had to guess if they are our MICs, I'd say they are smallish light weight sniffer/surveillance drones
