If I might offer...

There seems to be a polarized dichotomy of extreme views.

On the left, an unsalvageable descent into an authoritarian police state is feared.

On the right, an unsalvageable descent into anarchistic collectivism is feared.

I should like to hope that neither is correct?

It just seems like reality is (almost always?) more subtle than that.

Insert cynical comment here, about the arc of justice losing a rudder and springing a leak...

If that number is correct, it really pokes holes in the "Epstein and Maxwell" acted alone theory. If that was 25 settled, that's only the ones they caught.

The really concerning part is that would mean multiple admins with top and middle level officials knowing while doing nothing. If they're willing to lie about that and cover it up, they would have no issue morally with lying about anything else. 

And I think there's enough evidence to say that's most likely the case. They're completely morally bankrupt, the lot of them.

Pretty common. But it's not like that is completely unsubstantiated. As wild as it would sound to give 25 suspects settlement deals... The terms of Epstein's first deal gave all associates immunity.

The list of those who got immunity were released many moons ago.
Most were women, and the number was closer to zero than 25.

They also broke standard protocol by not notifying the victims ahead of the deal. 

If someone can look at that plea deal, how many powerful people still associated with him after he got caught and still think other people weren't involved... Nothing I say is going to change their minds'. 

This used to be one of the few issues that left, right and independents broadly agreed on. It's only been recently that some have convinced themselves this wasn't all a miscarriage of justice  at the highest levels, across multiple administrations with very powerful and midlevel officials turning a blind eye.

Not enough for sure CT everybody learns at thier own pace... based on life experiences and thier parents, siblings, grandparents  all have positive or negative influences

 just the depth and degree of thier depravity and corruption.... It's fornication and financials, and sometimes both

 The 60s.... we didn't know about Fiddle and Faddle JFK's swim team, but it was real among other various escapades, and it seems tame compared to Slick Willy's choice of cigar humidor.

70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, and 2010s all are all full of the same types, now we have reached a new level where the 2-party system ensures shit candidates.

The only reason we have Trump is that he didn't need the RNC to run a campaign; we would have had Hillary for 8 years 

No lobbying, PACs, or NGOs 
End the 2 party monopoly 
low 4-6 years term limits all politicians

We still have Epstein because Israel is Israel, but perhaps a better class of politician limits the destructiveness.

I wouldn't know if her claims are true, but her timing coinciding with the doj release looks suspicious.
