Yes, and this will become a precedent.

Clearly, Donald Trump knew more about Epstein's illegal activities than the Clintons (at least based upon details revealed in the Epstein files), we can see that from his recorded comments, the birthday card, and his lies about breaking off contact with Epstein.

Also, there's that other accusation against Trump in cahoots with Epstein, from 4 years before Epstein's 2019 arrest, which may, or may not have been true, but the timing seems difficult to explain (she approached her lawyers about it in April 2016, and the first court filing was dated 30th September 2016):

I imagine that once his term is over, and now that ex-Presidency offers no legal protection, Trump will be fully investigated. He has, once again, snookered himself.

It will be interesting to hear what the Clinton's say although i'm sure they will deny everything. Will it be televised and when is it, if they start singing I think the house cards comes down.
