The majority of content posted in your example link are just commentary on the alleged incriminating video, a video which, at the time of the original Facebook post, did not exist.

The remainder of the alleged 'frazzledrip' videos reposted there are, as evidenced by the date of their posting, later generated fakes.

Additional circumstantial evidence against them is that it has been possible to easily generate fake 'AI' videos and 'face swaps' for at least six years or so.

Also, no cameras have been available that shoot such low quality and blurred digital video for at least three decades (if ever cameras were manufactured which produced such poor quality output) and so the videos presented must have been intentionally blurred to hide defects that would identify the video as an obvious fake. Even the very first YouTube and similar online videos were at far higher resolution.

The anonymized and unmoderated nature of Rumble and BitChute videos also removes any shred of credibility or authenticating provenance for their media content.

This is why none of that stuff is useable as evidence in a court of law, and why QAnon stuff has never been given credence by law enforcement or the Judiciary.
