That's the point, all of this can only be investigated properly in a courtroom via investigative questioning. All accusers and all suspects need to be hauled into court so they can prove their claims or defense. 

Everyone should be outraged that any named pedophile/rapist is not being questioned and/or having to disprove the accusations.

Two girls, now women, and a witness say Trump was predating on the young girls in different ways, rape being one of them. There is something there and the only way to get to the truth is for people to force this issue into the courtroom with a jury deciding 'beyond a reasonable doubt' if there is something there or not.

A prosecutor looks at any evidence to see if charges can be brought against someone.

If there is enough evidence to charge someone, only then does it go to court for a jury trial.

I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on DI but thats basic knowledge, I am only slightly surprised you don't know that.
