NO. The best way is multiple sources and comparisons. 

“In their own words” — In what context?  Was he asked a question?  Was he asked to expand on an opinion he had?  Was he responding to what someone else said?

Face value isn’t always face value.

Clinton has previously said he regrets his association with Epstein, who visited the White House numerous times during his presidential administration and has denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes. The former president hasn't been accused of any wrongdoing related to the Epstein case.

Some are permanently redacted some aren’t.  Not all redactions can be removed through editing.  Depends if you have access to the original file or not.

I can cite sources which has been posted before that the files that can have their redactions broken are from a civil suit case from the US Virgin Islands.  Do you have an example of the files redacted by the actual DOJ that can be broken.
